Chesse Cake

This cheese cake is great for me because is light and can eat more compare to heavy cheese cake^^
In the recipe have lemon juice, but didn't add in. It taste ok because i not sour taste.. But you can put, if you like to taste a bit of sour. 




Here is the recipe:

A
Cream cheese  250g
Milk                250g
B
Egg yolk         100g
Butter             100g
C (sift together first)
Cake flour        35g
Corn flour        25g
D
Egg white       225g
Caster sugar   120g
E
Lemon juice     10g (optional)


Method:

1. Mix cream cheese and milk together in steel bowl. Use water bath (double boil) method for melt it until dissolve. Put aside after dissolve.

2. Use same method to melt the butter in another steel bowl. Take out and mix together with egg yolk.

3. Beat the egg white and add in caster sugar several times until become soft peaks.

4. Mix in or fold in softly ingredient method 1, 2, cake and corn flour to method 3 several times, after that pour in the lemon juice and mix well.

5. Pour in 8 inch cake mold.

6. Put it in baking tray. Pour cold water into baking tray about 1/3 full (as cake mold not float condition). Put into oven and bake it in 150 degree celsius (upper and lower temperature is same).

7. Bake about 60 minutes (fell elasticity when touch).
